1. What we use

Citano uses only technical cookies that the site needs to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, so we do not ask for consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).

2. List of cookies

• tucita_locale — remembers the chosen language. Duration: 1 year. All visitors.
• tucita_session — keeps the professional signed in to their dashboard. Duration: 30 days. Professionals only.
• tucita_oauth_state — protects Google sign-in against forgery. Duration: 10 minutes. Professionals only.

These are first-party cookies and are not shared with third parties.

3. Third-party services

• On the booking form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a robot. It may read technical browser data; according to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies for advertising.
• When paying for the subscription, the professional goes to Stripe’s page, which uses its own cookies under its policy.
• When signing in with Google, Google’s cookie policy applies.

4. How to delete them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, the site will not remember your language and professionals will not be able to sign in.
